Trending topic kanina sa bahay. Everyone seems interested pag love ang pinaguusapan, dahil lahat nagcontribute ng kanya kanyang thoughts and experiences. It really amazes me when I hear love stories of old folks I know, like how true and deep love was before.
Hearing them, I realized this one thing that is, atleast in my case, a fact: your first true love will forever be in your heart. I may have moved on with my life and found a new love, but that doesn’t mean the feeling isn’t there anymore. Andun pa rin yun. Lurking in one corner, waiting. It may not be to revive the lost romance, but at least a chance to be felt again, even for just a while.
Pero that doesn’t mean that I didn’t or don’t love those who came after the first, I love/d them at certain degrees. Its just that, this first and true.. really is unforgettable and treasured.
